Aparna Aaduru is a seasoned technology leader and entrepreneur with over 23 years of experience in program and project management, specializing in large-scale IT modernization initiatives. With more than 8 years delivering mission-critical solutions for the Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. Air Force, Aparna brings deep expertise in cloud migration, agile transformation, and enterprise program governance.
Throughout her career, Aparna has successfully led complex programs involving cloud adoption strategies, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and financial and resource management for high-visibility defense projects. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, transparency, and measurable outcomes, ensuring seamless delivery across multi-stakeholder environments.
As CEO of Arcanum Cloud, Aparna drives the company’s vision to help mission-focused organizations accelerate their cloud and AI transformation journeys. She combines strategic foresight with operational excellence, enabling customers to achieve secure, scalable, and compliant solutions aligned with frameworks like CMMI, ITIL, and PMBOK.
Shiv Bhuvanapalli – President, Arcanum Cloud LLC
Shiv Bhuvanapalli is an entrepreneur and cloud strategist passionate about accelerating mission-driven organizations into the future of cloud and AI. With nearly three decades of experience and 7.5 years at Amazon Web Services, Shiv brings a unique blend of technical depth, delivery leadership, and business acumen to every engagement.
At AWS, Shiv partnered with customers across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and major military branches, guiding them through secure cloud adoption and modernization. His roles spanned consulting, pre-sales architecture, and program delivery, culminating in leadership of the AWS ProServe Army business where he drove delivery for 21+ projects and collaborated with internal AWS teams to scale service adoption.
Today, as President of Arcanum Cloud, Shiv helps organizations like DARPA modernize their cloud environments and unlock the power of AI-driven solutions. His expertise in AWS Landing Zones, automation pipelines, and compliance frameworks (CC SRG, FedRAMP, ICD 503) ensures customers achieve secure, scalable, and innovative outcomes.
